When making/completing and order with us at Etx Rustics LLC. 
Buyer agrees, accepts, and understands to our terms and conditions stated below.

ETX RUSTICS LLC. SALES POLICY 
  • Our processing time is (2-4 business days , unless your item is a pre-order, and in the case the item is a pre-order, it will say in the description of the item you purchased the turnaround time on that item. If you order pre-order and ready to ship items together the order will not go out until all items are in for your order.)
ORDERS THAT ARE FINAL SALE:
  • Final Sale Items Include:
    • Sale Items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance, sale, and facebook sale posts. 
    • Items discounted at 10% and up are final sale.
    • All footwear is final sale
    • Other Final Sale Items: Bodysuits, Swimwear, Bralettes, Seasonal, Jewelry, Tumblers/Mugs, Kitchenware, Blankets, and ANY AND ALL Pre-orders. 
    • Any items sold at pop up events are a Final Sale Item.

NO EXCHANGES

Due to the high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges!

  • Once an item/items has been "purchased", no refunds will be issued, it will only be store credit even if the item hasn't shipped!
  • Buyer is responsible to make sure the size/quantity is correct before ordering/paying for an invoice. Once ordered, we are no longer able to change sizing due to the fast packaging, shipping, and pre-order items ordered for you.
ETX RUSTICS LLC. RETURNS
    • If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking number.
    • IF ANY ITEM IS RETURNED, STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ON A VIRTUAL GIFT CARD THAT IS SENT VIA EMAIL IF YOU LOSE THE EMAIL WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ISSUE ANOTHER GIFT CARD. 
    • All items must be returned 5 days from the date you received your order. Returns must have our tags and be in original condition. This includes no: deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair, cigarette smoke, or obvious wear.
    • NO EXCHANGES! Due to the high volume of orders, we do not offer exchanges!
    • If you need to return an item, please contact etxrustics@gmail.com, we do NOT do returns via social media. We try to keep everything organized.
    • All shipping costs are NON refundable, if you need to return an item, the buyer is responsible for paying to ship it back to us. We highly recommend paying for Insurance, just in case anything it gets damaged in transit.
ETX RUSTICS RESTOCK FEES/CREDITS:
  • For all returns, there is a restocking fee of 20%. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Example (If your item costs $10.00 , 20% would be $2.00, you would be charged $2.00 for your restocking fee.)
  • Due to our system, store credits are only to be used on our online website. They are NOT allowed at pop ups.
  • Items will NOT be accepted after the 5 days.
ETX RUSTICS CODES AND SERVICES
  • ETX Rustics LLC. has the right to refuse services
  • Codes & Credits are for online store shopping only, they are NOT allowed at vendor events.
  • Checks are NOT accepted, no exceptions.
  • Gift Cards/Store Credits & Discount Codes can't be combined with each other, and they may only be used on our online website. 
ETX RUSTICS LLC. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • If an item is damaged, please email etxrustics@gmail.com photos of the damaged items 48 hours  within receiving your item/items. ETX Rustics LLC. is NOT responsible for damaged items in shipping. 
  • If you get an item, and it is damaged, or not the correct item you purchased, you must reach out to us via email within 48 hours of the item being delivered, or it will be considered wear + tear. 
  • We do NOT send out paper invoices or packaging slips, if you want to find these items, please search your email for the receipt.
  • Please read the washing instructions. We are not responsible if an item shrinks once washing.
  • Colors may have a slight difference in color due to lighting in photos!
ETX Rustics LLC. SHIPPING
  • Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost on returns.
  • We ship internationally at the buyers full cost( Shipping may be more than what is charged at checkout, if that happens, you will receive an email letting you know with the price difference.)
  • Once a package is dropped off at USPS, we are no longer responsible for it.
  • Once an order is processed the shipping process begins.
IMPORTANT**
  • Triple Check your address. We may not get your email before the item has been shipped. If a package is sent back to us, it will be at the buyers cost to reship the package
    • Etx Rustics is in no way responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once is a package is marked as "Delivered", if lost, package needs to be claimed with your local post office, and/or law enforcement.

  • If a customer files a claim, and the item was delivered, we have the rights to press charges!!! 
    • Some leathers, cowhides and fabrics/patterns may vary. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as we are not responsible for pattern/color variation.
    • ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, IF CLAIMS ARE MADE ON THEM WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRESS CHARGES. THESE ARE REDUCED PRICED ITEMS AND ALWAYS HAVE A VARIATION OF QUALITY. WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE THE QUALITY IS  GOOD, BUT SOMETIMES IT COMES IN LESS THAN.
